Was administering vaccines at an assisted living facility and verified the vaccine registry in our pharmacy management system which stated that this patient was recommended for a pneumonia vaccine with last vaccine reported to registry as being a PCV 13 in 2015. Administered the Prevar 20 and upon billing to medicare was noted that patient had received the lifetime maximum of pnemonia vaccine doses.
