Symptom narrative

Patient says Flare-ups started on 09/04/2025 with redness and bumps of different parts of the body, the arms, the chest and stomach, the legs and groin areas. It was painful and itching.. Patient informed her Doctor who asked her to come in for evaluation. Patient says the Doctor said it was an allergic reaction and recommended Benadryl. Patient says Benadryl helped and says there are still ongoing Flare-ups with itching.
