Symptom narrative

1st evening Left Arm got sore - Lasted about a week!! (Very Sore :-() Couldn't lay on that side! That Fri Aug 29th + Sat Aug 30th + Sun Aug 31st - I had 3 rounds of Chest Pain (middle to Left) - 1 time each of these days + a 4th time. I was resting each time. But scared me, mild. it woke me up one morning with Hot Flash, then the same Chest Pain (that following Mon or Tues)

Hypothyroidism - under active - (Just found out PVD Peripheral Vascular Disease) Fibromyalgia - Mild Heart Murmur in Aorta
