had it on right side of my face also; right side nose, lip, and cheek still numb; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of shingles in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: had it on right side of my face also) and numbness facial (Verbatim: right side nose, lip, and cheek still numb). The outcome of the shingles and numbness facial were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles and numbness facial to be related to Shingles vaccine.
