Symptom narrative

L upper arm red, swollen, painful to touch. Parent stated the patient has rash around the site of one of the injections and arm is red and swollen from elbow to shoulder. Parent said she was just about to place patient into bath for comfort. Patient less active today, "feels hot", parent does not have thermometer to check temp. Parent stated no other rash, redness, swelling. Parent denied patient having breathing/swallowing difficulties. Parent reported concern for LUE redness, swelling. (Triage note, Kinrix, and MMRV were administered to L arm).
