Symptom narrative

on 9/20 patient reported swollen upper left arm that was red and hot to touch. Later in the day, it spread to around left shoulder and on inside of left arm. Pt saw doctor on 9/22 and was given antibiotic and oral steroid, which by 9/26 has cleared up redness and swollenness
