Patient received flu shot on 09/13 and then came back to the pharmacy to ask for a flu shot on 9/20. Pharmacist did not catch the mistake that the patient already received the flu shot on 9/13. Doctor's office notified the patient and the pharmacy about the mistake. Pharmacist called sanofi to verify any side effects that might happen to the patient. Sanofi said nothing to be found harmful per CDC. 7.6% patients experience side effects. Side effect would be headache, muscle ache and inject side pain. Pharmacist called patient on 9/26,
