Symptom narrative

KINRIX given to patient and administered in left thigh at 15:08 on 09/16/28. Patient tolerated well. No adverse reaction noted. RN realized patient given the correct vaccine but not age appropriate as KINRIX is for patient's ages 4-6 years old and this patient was 1 year old. Patient has not experienced any adverse effects and is stable.
