Symptom narrative

Pt received a COVID and Flu shot on 9/20/27 and immediately had pain in shoulder after her COVID vaccine. Later experienced shoulder swelling and heat for 4 days. Pt applied ice and took tylenol. Swelling and pain extended to her elbow joint. Pt is improving and her range of motion is coming back, Pt wanted to be sure her IMZ were effective. I told her they were and to continue movement in her shoulder, with stretching and take tylenol as needed. Pt wasn't angry about her shot just wanted to report the adverse reaction.
