Symptom narrative

Symptoms lasted for a total of 36 hours. Patient reported a pounding irregular heartbeat that lasted for 45-60 minutes started 12 hours post-vaccination in the middle of the night. She then experienced headache, nausea, chills, jaw pain, swollen red arm - these symptoms lasted 36 hours. She also had an unusually high blood sugar reading. The patient is diabetic and typically well controlled and her glucose was 225, which she says is high for her. She has ongoing redness and swelling in the arm.
