Symptom narrative

This patient received the vaccine on 9/19 without any issue. On 9/20 there still wasn't any adverse effect. The morning of 9/21 this patient had a fever of 100.5, body aches, chills, fatigue, pain around the injection site and tingling in the arm. This was treated with Tylenol. On 9/22 most of the symptoms were gone with the exception of arm soreness and body aches. I spoke with the patient on 9/23 and her symptoms were improving but she still had some arm soreness and some general aches.
