I received my first dose of Shingles vaccine in my left (non-dominant) arm at 4:00 pm on September 22, 2025. I had never had a dose of Shingles vaccine before. My arm was sore afterwards (as I had been warned), but I felt fine otherwise. I believe that I also had a shot of RSV vaccine at the same time, in my right arm (check with pharmacy). I went to bed that night about 11:00 pm. I slept soundly, as usual. But I woke up at 4:00 am (September 23, 2025) having a horrendous, frightening nightmare. I was extremely sweaty, was having visual hallucinations, thought that I was being attacked, and had difficulty breathing. I felt disoriented, as if my body were upside down. After a while, I managed to get back to sleep, and woke up about 8:00 am. I still felt ?off?, and had brain fog, feeling tired and disoriented. I felt only about 80% ?there?, mentally.
