Symptom narrative

I gave Fluzone high dose instead of regular dose. Patient was 62 y/o with Hx of COPD,Severe alcohol use disorder,HTN. But patient hx was not included in the high dose criteria though he's immunocompromise .. Patient was fine and no bad reaction .no side effect.
