Wrong vaccine administered; This non-serious case was reported by other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of wrong vaccine administered in a 15-year-old male patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) (batch number LT7C9, expiry date 31-OCT-2027) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) for prophylaxis. On 27-AUG-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Bexsero. The patient did not receive Menveo. On 27-AUG-2025, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: Wrong vaccine administered).
