Symptom narrative

Thursday night my smart Watch notified me that my temperature was up 5.75 above baseline and breathing was abnormal and higher to 17.4 breaths. My whole left arm was painful (I felt like I had flu). Then the following night I tried to brush my teeth and felt like I could pass out.

Methyl folate, Wellbutrin, divalproax , lithium, low dose aspirin, multi vitamin

Injection sight sore- used ice and that took the pain down
