Symptom narrative

patient states that about 30min after receiving flu and covid vaccines - her right foot began hurting and she could not walk on it then began to feel severe pain go up her leg and in her right knee for several days - her knee could not bend comfortable for several days - she has also been very weak and tired for a week following the vaccines including aches and cold sweats - also got large swollen bruise at site of injection

prednisolone, DPP-4 inhibitors, quinolones and penicillin
