Symptom narrative

I had a 3 year old patient walk in for covid and gave the covid shot recommended for 5-11 year old. Patient was only 3 years old. No immediate reactions. Doctor of the Day notified. Doctor recommends continuing monitoring was she recommend. May have slightly more arm soreness due to large volume. Other side effects like being a little more tired/fatigue, possible fever are similar to the regular dose.
