after 2 injections both on left arm, 4 mins later pt was sweating and face pale. Pt started drinking gatorade and taking some snack bites. Pt did not want to call ambulance so Blood pressure reading was provided shows 69/64 with heart rate of 64. 5 mins later after pt drank more than 2/3 gatorade, follow up blood pressure checked was 103/74 hr 73. pt reported feeling better color returning to his face. after 2nd bottle of gatorade finished, pt stated feeling way better and checked bp to be 114/79 with heart rate of 74. provider asked how he felt about trying to stand up slowly, and he said he can. He stood up without experiencing nausea or dizziness. He was then asked to walk in small circle with provider's supervision, which he completed without difficulty. When asked how he was feeling, he stated he felt fine. The provider confirmed he was ready to leave, and the patient exited the pharmacy independently with his friend, appearing well.
