Symptom narrative

The patient called stating she received flu shot in the morning, and she said her arm at the injection site was swollen, warm, and red. She reported no rash or trouble breathing. The RPh on duty recommended Tylenol, cold compress, and possibly Benadryl, and he asked her to call back the following day. I called her today to follow up. She said that it was much better today. Still a bit warm, but much better. She reported no further issues.
