Symptom narrative

Patient stopped by the pharmacy yesterday and expressed his concerned about the pain (4-5 on the scale of 1-10) in the left arm around the area where the Flu vaccine was administered on 09/03/2025. He can not lift his arm completely. I told him to go see the doctor, meanwhile he may take Ibuprofen and do the compressions.
