Left arm became swollen, red, hot, and uncomfortable. Patient says this started 3 days after administration and as of 9 days after getting the shots she came into the pharmacy to show me her arm. She said the first few days it was just sore (as expected), then on the 3rd day it was about the size of a lemon, then continued to grow to the size of a baseball. As of when she came into the store her arm from her elbow to her shoulder was red, hot, swollen and it hurt. She started a steroid dose pack and today on day 10 it is no longer hot and the swelling and discomfort is better but the redness is still there.
