Symptom narrative

Felt flu symptoms by bedtime. Woke mid sleep with sweats, tightness in chest, heart pounding, shortness of breath, fever and extreme fatigue. Unable to get out of bed next day. Felt very weak days after. Day 4 I went for a run and could only make 1 mile and was unable to continue despite being an ultra marathon runner. Ability to run was greatly reduced and slowly regained fitness for next 12 months. Never recovered to original fitness level. Now 4 years later, I am now having quick reduction of fitness level.

Currently fatigue and shortness of breath during exercise. Long time ultra marathon runner with greatly reduced athletic ability

EKG 6 months after vaccine failed for LVH. Followed by echocardiogram and was told it was fine.
