Symptom narrative

Patient was administered 2nd Shingles dose (09/26/2025) 15 days after receiving the first dose (09/11/2025). The patient has not complained of any adverse events and has been informed that, based off of CDC recommendations, that the second dose would not be effective and a third dose would be required in 2 months.
