Symptom narrative

Patient called in today to inform us that she received her COVID vaccine on 09/26/2025. She woke up at 3 am on 09/27/2025. Her arm was swollen and painful. Felt like a brick was on her chest, heaviness in chest, tingling pain shooting around the chest, inside her mouth and lips were swollen, felt dizzi as if the room was spinning around and she felt like vomiting. Today she is feeling better.
