Symptom narrative

The patient woke up around 12 AM on 9/28/25 with extreme cramping in muscles and pain in tendons in his arms and legs. He complained of difficulty walking due to the pain. He took acetaminophen for the pain and was able to fall asleep around 4 AM. By the time he had called the pharmacy at around 12 PM on 9/28/25 he said the pain had subsided.
