PATIENT CAME BY PHARMACY ON 9/27/2025 TO TELL ME SHE BELIEVES THE FLU VACCINE CAUSED HER TO WAKE UP IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT BECAUSE COULD NOT BREATH, HAD TINGLING ALL OVER BODY, AND DESCRIBED HEARING LOUD NOISE / TRUMPET / HORN SOUNDS IN EARS - LASTED THROUGH THE NIGHT AND WENT AWAY BY THE MORNING
