Symptom narrative

Severe headache around 12 PM, wearing out around 6 PM. Congestion in sinuses began and led to similar symptoms of sinusitis. Specifically foul discharge out of one side of nose and mild post nasal drip.

Insomnia, depression, thrombocytopenia, Behçet?s disease and cardiovascular disease.

Gabapentin, Tizanidine, Buprenorphine patch, Amiloride, Propranolol, Praluent, Rosuvastatin, Ezitimibe, Dayvigo, alprazolam.
