Symptom narrative

patient left after recieving the vaccine with parents and felt ok, but 5 minutes later mom came back that she needed help with patient. Patient was not feeling well and complained of dizziness and headache. 911 was called and EMT said she lloked fine but parents wanted to go to ER to make sure. Mom was contacted 1 day later and advised us she was fine and did not need medical help.
