Symptom narrative

Urticaria and pruritis that started on left arm and spread to bilateral hands, bilateral feet/legs, back, and abdomen. Started the evening of receiving the vaccination. Symptoms persisted for 3 days and then she was seen at our clinic. Treated w/ oral and IM steroids and diphenhydramine.
