Symptom narrative

Patient woke up at 1:30 AM vomiting and with a severe headache. Patient also states she could not regain balance and was unsteady. Patient took another trazodone at around 5AM and slept until 11AM. Patient woke up still feeling nauseous and unsteady and rested the rest of the day. Patient states that by Saturday she felt normal.
