Symptom narrative

Pt reported her right arm was more sore than she is used to after receiving previous vaccines. She said her whole body including the other arm felt sore as well. She said she noticed the unexpected pain the next day. She said both of her arms were so sore that she could not lift them high enough to put her shirt on. She said the right arm was worse than the left. She also said her body ached. The following day (2 days after vaccine) she said she felt much better and could lift her arms as well but was still a little sore.
