Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Inappropriate vaccine schedule; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (first dose was administered approximately three years ago). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Inappropriate vaccine schedule). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
