Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

has not received the second dose yet; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 62-year-old male patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received in 2023). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: has not received the second dose yet). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
