Symptom narrative

On 9APR2022, I felt a sharp stabbing pain in my side while I was stationed. I was diagnosed with a dissection of the celiac artery and distal occlusion. I was medically discharged and received only 10% for the dissected artery even though I still today has associated pain and the location is considered inoperable. I currently have a small aneurysm of 1.3cm, but I still have low levels of pain when my heart rate goes up. eg. Cardio, stress. sex. etc. I have gone through my records and the only names I have for the treating doctors were multiple doctors at hospital, the vascular surgery clinic at hospital, a vascular surgeon, a Rheumatologist, and multiple doctors.

Medical history

I received three shots for COVID-19. The initial shot was on 21JAN2021. The next was 19JAN22 followed by 26FEB2022. During that time, I was quarantined for 6 weeks. The quarantine periods were three two-week long quarantines with one other positive person in the room with me. I tested positive I was given the Moderna mRNA LNP-S PL 100mcg versions. The 26FEB2022 booster was given within days after getting out of quarantine. So, I received a booster on 19JAN2022, tested positive and went into quarantine mid-February for two weeks, and then received my last booster under pressure from my chain of command on 26FEB2022. Lab data

I had blood taken and CT scan with contrast performed 13APR2022, after three visits to the hospital Emergency Room. On the two previous visits, the doctors said it was gas pain and/or ulcers. The chief informed me on Saturday, April 16th that the internal medicine doctors at the hospital wanted to do another scan immediately because they found something. The first two scans confirmed the dissection was what occurred on 9 April. It the weeks to follow blood tests were conducted for vasculitis, STDs, and genetic markers. All tests came back negative. These tests were repeated by the Rheumatologist and all tests came back negative. Both the Vascular Surgeon and the other Vascular Surgeons said due to the location of the dissection that they would not risk doing it. I have supporting documentation. It ook the doctors almost two weeks to diagnose my condition and create a proper care plan.
