Symptom narrative

pt seen in cliniC sept 22, given kindrix ( L deltoid) Reaction on L deltoid started yesterday afternoon. Site became red and swollen-sl painful to touch (yesterday) Mom circled the site yesterday and today the redness has gotten bigger. Pt states site hurts and is hot to touch. Mom gave motrin 2 days ago. Mom has tried to use cool compresses but pt does not tolerate ice. No fevers. Pt can move arm and fingers without difficulty. Mom reports nl activity eating and drinking nl no vomit or diarrhea
