Symptom narrative

Sore arm day of and after then , 3 days after stiffness of all joints, numbness tinglingly sensation on and off on left side of head around ear, x 1 nose bleed

asthma, OSA, hyperlipidemia, arthrosclerosis, seasonal allergies, reflux, lactose intolerant, hypertension, hypothyroidism, arthritis

Patient felt stiffness in joint - difficultly walking had to use walker for couple days, nose bleed , and tingling on lt side of head around ear on and off.
