The patient was given the 2 vaccinations and then they called up to speak to me on 9-23-25. He was stating that he was feeling bad. He said that he was aching all over and that when he would get down he needed to hold on to something to get back up and it was progressively getting worse. He also stated that he was having respiratory issues as well. He complained of tingling once we talked more as well. I informed him that I felt he could possibly have Guillian Barre Syndrome. I told him he needed to be seen as soon as possible. I asked him to followup with me to let me know how he was . He went to the ER and the doctor there called to ask why I sent in the patient and what I thought was wrong. The patient called me back on 9-25-25 and stated he did have GBS and that he was in the hospital where he would be for the next 5 days.
