Symptom narrative

Symptoms started 9/27/25 around 0500 with intense itching and hives on midsection. Throughout the day the hives spread out until eventually reaching all surfaces of the body. Symptoms started to subside 9/28/25 around 3pm. OTC Benadryl 50 mg taken every 4 hours. Last dose 9/28. On 9/29 continue with mild itching and slight rash.
