Symptom narrative

Patient received Twinrix in left arm alone. Boostrix and Fluzone HD were administered in the right arm. All three immunizations were administered on 09/02/2025 by a technician in training being supervised by a pharmacist on duty. The patient came into the pharmacy today, 09/29/2025, reporting ongoing joint pain on his left arm. The patient reports there is no pain in his right arm. After further questioning, the patient reported that it hurts when he moves his arm but he retains full range of motion. The patient was asked if he remembers where on his deltoid the shot was administered, and he pointed to the correct administration location on the shoulder. I recommended that the patient be seen if the pain has truly been ongoing but he reported wanting to treat OTC. I urged him to be seen if the pain progresses, his range of motion becomes affected, or if the pain persists for more than a couple days. The patient confirmed that he understood.
