Symptom narrative

Headache, Nausea, Feeling of heart racing/faint/tiredness. Monitored blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate for ~ 45 minutes. Patient sat for this time and was monitored until her symptoms improved. Her mother came to pick her up and monitored her at home. Patient did not want EMS to be called and did not want to go to ER. Symptoms completely resolved.
