Patient stated that she received the shot on 9/13/25 and when she woke up on 9/14/25 she was covered in hives (redness, bumps, some oozing) from head to toe. She stated that she has been taking oatmeal baths, taking Benadryl by mouth and using Hydrocortisone cream multiple times a day since 9/14/25. She stated that the redness and bumps have gone away however she is now experiencing head to toe pealing and is still experiencing extreme itching. She has a doctor's appointment scheduled for 10/07/25 as this was the soonest available appointment. She said she had consulted with a couple of nurses she knows and she only called the pharmacy to inquire about what shot she received.
