Symptom narrative

Patient was given flu shot and approximately 15 minutes later, lost consciousness in front of pharmacy. Patient was clammy and sweaty, reported her head hurt after regaining consciousness. Pharmacist on duty administered Epipen and emergency services were called. Patient was evaluated at ER and discharged a few hours later. ER reported it was a vasovagal reaction.
