Symptom narrative

Patient had muscle twitching, electrical shock at the injection site and pain immediately during the injection. She was also experiencing discomfort the shoulder and surrounding area 20 minutes post injection. She was insistent that the injection was done too high and repeatedly stated she's never experienced anything like this in the past. I recommend she wait and see because twitching and nerve pain can happen during injection. The injection site looked on the upper range of the injection window but not into the shoulder joint. I did not give her an opinion either way on the injection site location.
