Symptom narrative

ep A vaccine was given in left deltoid and patient had an immediate reaction. Small/red lump appeared immediately. Patient had NO hives and NO difficulty breathing. Massaged the area and had patient sit in the office for a few minutes. After a couple minutes swelling started to go down.
