Symptom narrative

Customer arrived at pharmacy asking for a covid vaccine. The RN administering had a conversation with the customer about the covid vaccine as the customer stated he believed he got sick last year because he got the RSV vaccine with another vaccine. The RN asked the customer which vaccine he was getting today and he replied covid. After the vaccination, it was realized that the customer meant flu shot, he received a covid vaccine 9/18/25 and received another today, 9/25/25, when he came in to the pharmacy asking for a covid shot. The customer said, oh, I meant a flu shot. The customer kept asking for a covid shot when he meant flu shot.
