Symptom narrative

Patient describes major arm swelling and multiple bouts of vomiting over the couple hours after the vaccine. After her initial contact with us we were not able to get in contact with her again to follow-up. We counseled her on treating the symptoms, not getting dehydrated, and following up with her doctor.
