Symptom narrative

The patient has a rash of approximately 4 inches around injection site that is warm to the touch (still present 3 days after vaccine). She states she also felt very tired and her legs felt weak for 1-2 days after the vaccine. She also mentioned having a sore spot and rash around her right collar bone (possibly a swollen lymph node) which was no longer present today.
