I received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (lot number MY9458) on September 24, 2025, at approximately 1:30 PM at (withheld name of facility), (withheld address), (city, state, zip, withheld). This was my 10th dose (booster). At the same visit, I also received a seasonal influenza vaccine. About 5 hours after the COVID-19 vaccination, I began experiencing shaking, body aches, sluggishness, weakness, significant fatigue, warmth, and sweating. Day 1: Symptoms began approximately 5 hours post-vaccination, including shaking, aches, sluggishness, weakness, tiredness, warmth, and sweating. Day 2: Continued to feel sluggish, achy, warm, sweaty, weak, and extremely tired. I slept for approximately 16 hours. Days 3?4: Symptoms persisted, including sluggishness, warmth, sweating, weakness, and tiredness, though slightly less intense. Day 5: All symptoms resolved, and I returned to normal. The symptoms significantly impacted my ability to perform normal daily activities from Day 1 through Day 4. I did not seek medical care and was not hospitalized. I fully recovered by Day 5.
