Symptom narrative

a provider had given GARDASIL 9 to a 65 year old female patient; no additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer or other non-health professional and refers to a 65-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the 65 years old patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), Suspension for injection (indication, expiration date, and lot # were not reported) (inappropriate age at vaccine administration). No additional adverse event was reported. Lot number is being requested and will be submitted if available.
