After the patient was administered the vaccines as part of our Program, patient advised their healthcare provider that they experienced the following Adverse Events: fever (unknown temperature but skin was hot to the touch), body aches, cold sweats, and bad headaches following her vaccine visit on 9/26/25. The headaches were the patient's largest complaint. Treatment and outcome is unknown.
